Recently, the 3,620×25.4 mm front-swing spiral welded pipe mill for the Xinjiang project was successfully installed and commissioned and has now officially entered operation.
This machine boasts high-efficiency production capabilities for large-diameter, thick-walled steel pipes; the equipment operates stably as a whole, with all technical performance indicators meeting the design specifications, thereby ensuring the smooth production of high-quality pipes.

Steel pipe diameter: Φ630–Φ3620 mm
Steel pipe thickness: 6–25.4 mm
Type: front-swing type, center-mounted
This machine features a front-swing forming configuration with intermittent production, delivering enhanced forming stability and effectively ensuring pipe roundness and weld quality. It is also equipped with a high-precision control system and comprehensive auxiliary process equipment, enabling efficient, end-to-end coordination across the entire production flow—from material feeding and forming to welding and inspection. Even when handling ultra-large-diameter pipes with a 3,620 mm diameter and thick walls up to 25.4 mm, the equipment demonstrates outstanding adaptability and reliability, fully meeting the stringent requirements of applications such as oil and gas transmission, long-distance water conveyance, and large-scale infrastructure construction.
