This is a fully operational workshop for a spiral welded pipe production line custom-built by Huaye Heavy Industry for a domestically listed steel pipe manufacturer.
Rather than supplying individual machines, this project represents the complete on-site delivery of an integrated spiral pipe production solution. Based on the customer’s product specifications, capacity requirements, and plant layout, Huaye carried out systematic planning and customized design to ensure stable, efficient, and reliable operation under long-term, high-load production conditions.

The project comprises two high-efficiency spiral welded pipe production lines, designed to manufacture steel pipes with diameters of up to 630 mm and 2620 mm, meeting diverse market demands. The complete line is equipped with key auxiliary systems, including end faing and beveling machines, hydrostatic testing equipment, X-ray inspection, and a dedicated pipe finishing and handling area. Together, these systems ensure precise end processing, strict quality inspection, and efficient post-production handling, delivering finished pipes that fully comply with stringent quality standards and enhance overall product competitiveness.
