The entire 1220 spiral welded pipe production line is being loaded onto trucks for shipment.
This shipment includes a complete set of core equipment—from coil unwinding and forming, through spiral welding and online inspection, to finished-product conveyance—a total of 11 trucks, delivered as a turnkey, one-time installation. Each truckload of equipment represents a specific production process; each loading operation demonstrates our commitment to meeting the project timeline and manufacturing capacity.
From scheme confirmation and equipment manufacturing to the shipment of the entire production line, we have consistently and steadily advanced according to project milestones, ensuring that once the equipment arrives on site, it can be quickly installed and smoothly put into operation.
The spiral welded pipes produced by this 1220 spiral welding pipe unit will be widely used in municipal pipeline networks, water transmission, oil and gas transportation, and other fields, placing extremely high demands on equipment stability, weld quality, and overall line compatibility. This project involves the complete turnkey export of the entire production line overseas, making it a comprehensive test of manufacturing precision, packaging and transportation capabilities, and delivery organization skills. The equipment’s departure from the factory does not mark the end—it is, rather, the beginning of the next phase.
