At the Jiangsu project site, two spiral welded pipe production lines of different specifications are operating simultaneously: a 4,220 mm large-diameter spiral pipe mill and an 820 mm spiral pipe mill, together covering application needs from large-scale engineering projects to conventional pipeline construction.

The complete production system is also equipped with downstream finishing facilities, including end-face chamfering machines, hydrostatic testing machines, T-joint welding machines, and steel pipe handling systems, forming a fully integrated spiral welded pipe production line.

From steel strip feeding and forming to welding and stable pipe output, both lines run with a smooth and steady production rhythm. The equipment demonstrates reliable performance under continuous operation, requiring minimal on-site adjustment, which highlights its stability and adaptability for long-term production.

Among these, Production Line 4220 is capable of manufacturing large-diameter, thick-walled spiral welded pipes, suitable for inter-regional water and oil pipelines, offshore structures, pile foundation projects, and large-scale municipal infrastructure projects. It places extremely high demands on forming accuracy, weld seam stability, and equipment rigidity. Production Line 820, on the other hand, covers medium- and small-diameter specifications, making it ideal for applications such as urban pipe networks, industrial pipelines, and structural pipes, while striking a balance between production efficiency and cost control.
