Front swing spiral welded pipe equipment
Product Introduction
The front swing type is one of the unit forms of the spiral welded pipe equipment. As opposed to the rear swing type spiral welded pipe unit, during the forming process, the swing direction of the steel strip is alternating back and forth, rather than fixed at one point. Install the process preparation section on the front axle that can rotate around the forming turning point, and set the required forming angle by adjusting the swing of the front axle.
Main features
The biggest feature of the front swing design is that it can reduce the stress concentration of the material in the local position through the back and forth swing of the steel belt during the forming process, which helps to improve the welding quality and the overall strength of the pipe, and cannot be continuously produced.
