3820 Large-Diameter Spiral Pipe Starts Production in Guangxi,China

The 3820 large-diameter spiral welded pipe production line in Guangxi has successfully completed full-line commissioning and officially entered stable production. From installation and system integration to trial runs and the first pipe rollout, all processes were completed smoothly in one-time commissioning, with welded pipe quality meeting all standards.
Designed for large-diameter, thick-walled pipes, the line features high automation and a complete process flow, including forming, internal and external welding, inspection, and finishing. During commissioning, pipe roundness, weld quality, and overall operational stability all performed as expected, providing a solid foundation for efficient mass production

Board width: 750–1550 mm
Pipe diameter: 630 – 3820 mm
Wall thickness: 8 – 25.4 mm
Pipe length: 8–15 m
On-site observation reveals that the entire production line is laid out rationally and operates smoothly. After steel coils enter the production line, they undergo continuous processing, and the pipe-exiting rhythm is clear and well-organized, fully demonstrating the equipment’s comprehensive advantages in terms of efficiency, stability, and consistency. The successful commissioning of this project not only enhances the customer’s production capacity and product competitiveness in the large-diameter spiral welded pipe sector but also once again validates our mature expertise in the integrated delivery, commissioning, and on-site implementation of full-line large-specification spiral welded pipe systems.
The successful completion of the Guangxi 3820 project marks a milestone achievement and also represents a new starting point for cooperation between both parties.
