On-Site Commissioning of 3620 Spiral Welded Pipe Production Line in China

The 3620 spiral welded pipe mill has now been fully installed and has officially entered the on-site commissioning phase.
From equipment arrival and foundation alignment to complete line installation, as well as system wiring and functional testing, every procedure is being carried out in an orderly manner strictly in accordance with design and process requirements. Currently, the production line is undergoing calibration of key parameters and integrated line-wide operational tests, covering multiple stages including forming, welding, conveying, and auxiliary systems.
During the commissioning phase, our company’s installation, mechanical, and electrical commissioning personnel will be stationed on-site throughout the entire process. They will conduct meticulous optimizations tailored to the actual site conditions, ensuring that all systems operate in a coordinated manner, control is stable, and data feedback is accurate—thus laying a solid foundation for subsequent continuous production.
