Vietnam Project Completely: Spiral Drum Core Production Line

Recently, Spiral Drum Core Production Line manufactured by Huaye was successfully installed, commissioned, and put through trial operation at the customer’s site in Vietnam. All technical specifications met the design requirements, and the equipment has now been officially handed over for production use.
It is a specialized type of spiral tube production line designed for manufacturing short tubes. This kind of steel drum serves as the inner core for aluminum or steel coils, replacing environmentally unfriendly paper cores. Such steel drums demand a high‑quality surface finish, with weld seams flush with the base material; accordingly, they are equipped with a weld‑grinding machine for surface treatment. The equipment features advanced technology, reliable performance, well‑refined processes, and mature production capabilities.
Equipment Specifications:
Steel strip width: 500-750 mm
Pipe outer diameter: Φ400 mm-Φ610 mm
Pipe wall thickness: 2.5-6mm
On-site pipe production:
During the project implementation, Huaye Heavy Industry’s technical service team conducted on-site guidance throughout the entire process, meticulously overseeing every stage—from equipment installation and system commissioning to trial production—ensuring safe, efficient, and stable operation. Thanks to the close collaboration between both teams, the equipment passed its first‑time test run, demonstrating excellent performance and earning high praise from the customer.
