1620 End Facing & Beveling Machine Running Smoothly in Hebei,China

At the Hebei project site, the 1,620 mm pipe end-facing and bevelling machine is operating stably, with the entire production line in excellent condition. Once the equipment is started, all workstations coordinate seamlessly, from steel pipe feeding and positioning to end-face machining—all performed in a single continuous operation. The pipe end is both squared and beveled in one pass, delivering high machining accuracy and consistent efficiency, fully meeting the production requirements for steel pipes.

Steel pipe wall thickness range:4-14 mm 
Steel pipe length range: 8–12 m 
Arrangement: Head-to-head arrangement

During on-site operation, the equipment delivers smooth cutting, consistent forming results, and clean end faces with uniform chamfers, thereby effectively enhancing the quality of subsequent welding and installation. At the same time, the entire machine features a high degree of automation and simple operation, significantly reducing manual intervention and ensuring production continuity and safety.
