Spiral Pipe Production Line for Municipal Water Supply and Heating Systems

This is a spiral welded pipe workshop mainly producing municipal pipelines. Municipal pipelines mainly include water supply pipes and heating pipes. Generally, they need to comply with the SY5037 standard, which is commonly referred to as the national standard/API Standard. Besides the spiral welded pipe mill section, this standard also requires a series of subsequent finishing equipment.
Spiral welded pipe workshop for producing municipal pipelines:
The video starts from the uncoiler of the spiral pipe machine, opening the steel coil and passing sequentially through the leveling machine, butt welding machine for plate heads, milling machine, and conveyor, entering the forming machine to roll into pipe billets. Then, after inner and outer welding and the cutting-to-length stage, the first steel pipe is formed. It is then output from the rear bridge to the cutting platform. The cut steel pipe first passes through the slag removal machine, which tilts the pipe to pour out the welding slag inside. Then, with the cooperation of the roller conveyor and pipe pusher, the steel pipe is transported to the repair welding station for the first repair weld. After repair welding, the steel pipe is conveyed to the X-ray flaw detection room for weld inspection. After inspection, the pipe is transferred to the facing machine for pipe end beveling, then enters the hydrostatic testing machine for pressure testing. After each test, there is a corresponding repair welding process. Through this series of strict procedures, a pipe that meets the standard is considered finished. This is a common equipment configuration for a spiral welded pipe workshop.
