Product Introduction
The straight seam welded pipe unit is a kind of high-efficiency production equipment, which is specially used for manufacturing straight seam welded steel pipe. After uncoiling and leveling, the steel plate enters the forming machine, the steel plate is bent into a round tube blank by a roller, the edge of the steel strip is melted by the skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency current in a very short time, the oxide layer and impurities on the surface are extruded by the extrusion roller, and the base material is integrated to form a round tube.
The forming mode of straight seam welded pipe machine is divided into: FF forming, row roller forming and FFX forming.
The use of straight seam welded pipe: straight seam welded pipe is mainly used in oil, natural gas, city gas, pipe network, chemical industry, electric power, steel structure grid, water gas transmission and other fields, widely used in various pressure pipelines.
Process flow: winding up → unwinding → leveling → shearing butt welding → looper storage → forming → high frequency welding → intermediate frequency annealing → water cooling → sizing → cutting off → output → flat head chamfering → hydraulic test → finished product collection
