Recently, the Φ1420×16 mm spiral pipe production line contracted by Huaye Heavy Industry in Nigeria has successfully completed on-site installation and commissioning, and has produced qualified steel pipes. Following continuous equipment debugging, adjustments to process parameters, and trial‑production verification, the entire production line is now operating smoothly, with stable coordination among major equipment and a seamless production flow. The project has now entered the final acceptance phase.

Steel pipe outer diameter: Φ406–Φ1420 mm
Wall thickness: 4–16 mm
Pipe length: 8–12 m
