1620×20 Spiral Welded Pipe Mill Successfully Commissioned and Now in Production in Hebei,China

Recently, Hebei’s 1620 spiral welded pipe production line has completed installation and commissioning and successfully produced its first pipe. The equipment is operating stably, on-site production is proceeding smoothly, and the project has officially entered the stable production phase.
Machine Specifications:
Steel coil width: 700–1550 mm
Steel pipe diameter: Φ630–Φ1620 mm
Steel pipe thickness: 6–20 mm
Pipe length: 8–13 m
Cabin configuration: forward-swinging, center-mounted
This production line, supplied by Taiyuan Huaye Heavy Industry, is designed for the manufacture of large-diameter spiral welded pipes. Following on-site installation, equipment commissioning, and optimization of process parameters, all systems are now operating normally, with steel pipes being smoothly formed and continuously produced.
