After several days of meticulous commissioning and rigorous testing, the Jiangsu 4220 flat-head chamfering machine has met all its expected performance specifications and has now been officially put into operation. This equipment features a dual-head configuration, enabling simultaneous processing of both ends of a single steel pipe. It is controlled by a PLC system and boasts advantages such as reduced labor intensity for workers and ease of operation. Its precise chamfering process effectively removes burrs and sharp edges from the pipe ends, ensuring smooth progress in subsequent manufacturing steps while also minimizing safety risks and enhancing product safety.
The flat-head chamfering machine features a single-station, head-to-head arrangement, with the steel pipe positioned centrally and both ends of the pipe being chamfered simultaneously.
