4220 Facing & Beveling Machine | Stable Running On-Site in Jiangsu,China

This 4,220 mm end facing and beveling machine has now entered a stable operational phase. The equipment runs smoothly, with consistent cycle times and excellent processing consistency. The machine features a dual-head configuration, enabling simultaneous machining of both ends of a single steel pipe. It is controlled by a PLC, offering advantages such as reduced labor intensity for operators and easy operation. Its precise edge-beveling process effectively removes burrs and sharp edges from the pipe ends, ensuring smooth progress in subsequent processing steps while reducing safety risks and enhancing product safety. 

The end facing and beveling machine adopts a single-station, dual-head layout, with the steel pipes precisely positioned at their center, allowing simultaneous edge-beveling at both ends.

Steel pipe diameter: Φ820–Φ4220 mm 
Steel pipe wall thickness: 6–28 mm 
Steel pipe length: 6–13 m 
Steel pipe material: Q235; Q355

As an important finishing step at the backend of the spiral welded pipe production line, chamfering the pipe ends directly determines the quality of the pipe end faces and the efficiency of subsequent butt welding. 
From the perspective of on-site processing results:
