Through the concerted efforts of the Huaye team and the customer, the Jiangsu 820 spiral welded pipe production line has been successfully commissioned, and its first trial run yielded pipes without a hitch, underscoring the equipment’s high efficiency and stability. The pipes produced during this initial run measured 610 mm in diameter, with a wall thickness of 7.5 mm and a length of 12 meters—fully meeting design specifications and demonstrating the superior performance of cutting-edge technology and equipment. The successful commissioning of this line has laid a solid foundation for subsequent production, enabling the delivery of high‑quality pipe products while further enhancing both production efficiency and market competitiveness.
