2540 spiral welded pipe plant has successfully completed the whole plant commissioning and successfully put into production. The complete production line includes the main machine of the spiral welded pipe unit, the flat head chamfering machine, the hydraulic testing machine and the equipment of the steel pipe transfer finishing area.
With the full start of the 2540mm spiral welded pipe production line, the factory not only realized the one-stop efficient production from raw materials to finished steel pipes, but also greatly improved the diversity of product specifications and the flexibility of production capacity. The production line adopts advanced technology and technology to ensure that the spiral welded pipe in the manufacturing process of welding quality is stable and reliable, the pipe wall is uniform and smooth, fully in line with domestic and foreign industry standards and customer demand for high quality steel pipe. The optimized layout of the equipment in the steel pipe transfer finishing area further accelerates the processing speed of the product after it is offline, ensuring that the finished steel pipe can be quickly and accurately delivered to customers.
