The complete spiral welded pipe production lines with diameters of 630 mm and 2,540 mm are currently being installed in Shaanxi Province in a well-organized and efficient manner. As the project progresses smoothly, equipment installation has entered a critical phase. This project comprises two high-efficiency spiral welded pipe production lines, designed to manufacture steel pipes with maximum diameters of 630 mm and 2,540 mm, thereby meeting the market demand for various pipe sizes.
In addition to the main production equipment, the complete production line is equipped with auxiliary machinery, including a pipe‑end facing and edge‑beveling machine, a hydraulic pressure testing machine for steel pipes, and a dedicated transfer and finishing area. These supporting systems provide robust support for the line’s efficient operation. The pipe‑end facing and edge‑beveling machine precisely processes the pipe ends, ensuring smooth, even surfaces that facilitate subsequent welding and installation. Meanwhile, the hydraulic pressure testing machine subjects the formed steel pipes to rigorous hydrostatic testing, effectively verifying their sealing integrity and pressure‑bearing capacity, thereby guaranteeing that each pipe meets stringent quality standards. Furthermore, the transfer and finishing area handles post‑production handling and processing of the finished steel pipes, enhancing the market competitiveness of the final products.

At present, the equipment installation for the entire spiral welded pipe production line is progressing smoothly and in an orderly manner. All installations are nearing completion, with commissioning scheduled to follow, and production is expected to commence shortly.
