We have successfully commissioned and produced pipes using the 2,000 mm spiral welded pipe production line we installed in Shandong!
This production line is used to process steel strip coils through uncoiling, leveling, edge trimming, forming, welding, and other operations, producing spiral welded pipes that comply with relevant national standards. It is suitable for steel pipes used in the conveyance of ordinary low-pressure fluids such as water, sewage, air, heating steam, and flammable fluids, and is also applicable to steel pipes for other fluid‑transport pipelines with similar requirements.

Pipe diameter range: φ400–2000 mm
Wall thickness range: 5–20 mm
Pipe length: 8–12 m
Maximum coil weight: 30 tons
