Our technical team has arrived at the project site in India and is progressing with the installation of a 3,600 mm, 2,500-ton hydrostatic pipe testing machine. This project highlights our strong capabilities in large-diameter steel pipe equipment and international engineering execution.
The machine is designed to test the strength and sealing performance of welded steel pipes up to 3,600 mm in diameter, with a maximum pressure capacity of 2,500 tons. Equipped with an advanced hydraulic system and automated controls, it ensures efficient and accurate testing, making it ideal for applications in oil and gas pipelines, water supply systems, and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Faced with multiple challenges, including lengthy visa-processing timelines and complex cross-border coordination, our technical team persevered in overcoming these obstacles and proceeded to the site as scheduled. To date, we have progressively carried out critical tasks such as main equipment installation, hydraulic-system integration, and electrical-system commissioning, while concurrently advancing the seamless alignment and integration of the new equipment with the customer’s existing production line. The entire installation process has been conducted in strict accordance with technical specifications, thereby ensuring both installation accuracy and operational safety.
