Benchmark Project: 219–4220 mm Spiral Welded Pipe Production Lines

This is our most recently completed benchmark project in China, featuring state-of-the-art overall planning and equipped with two spiral welded pipe production lines that comprehensively cover a pipe diameter range of 219–4,220 mm. The facility is capable of reliably producing a full spectrum of spiral welded steel pipes that meet national standards, thereby fully satisfying the diverse requirements of various engineering applications.
The project has constructed the workshop to world-class standards, with a well-organized spatial layout and an outstanding production environment. Comprehensive supporting facilities are in place, covering the entire process flow—including material feeding, forming, welding, inspection, end-beveling, and hydrostatic testing. The entire production line operates efficiently and reliably, with a high degree of automation, thereby providing robust assurance for customers to achieve continuous, high-quality, and highly efficient production.
