Φ610 Steel Drum Spiral Pipe Machine Starts Production in China

Recently,this steel drum spiral pipe mill made by HUAYE officially announced its successful production after a series of precise commissioning and optimization  in Shandong,China.

The steel drum spiral pipe machine is a special type of spiral pipe production line that makes short length pipes. This type of steel drums are used as inside core of aluminum or steel coils to replace the paper core which is not environment friendly. This type of steel drum has quite high surface requirement that the weld seam shall not be higher than the base material. Hence seam grinder is installed for surface treatment.

 

Equipment Specifications:

Steel strip width: 500-750 mm

Pipe outer diameter: Φ400 mm-Φ610 mm

Pipe wall thickness: 2.5-6mm

On-site pipe production:

The successful and smooth commissioning of this Shandong project once again demonstrates the maturity and reliability of the equipment in terms of structural design, automated control, and operational stability. From material feeding and forming to welding and finally tube coiling, every stage flows seamlessly, laying a solid foundation for the customer’s subsequent stable, large‑scale production.
