Recently, the 1620×14mm spiral pipe production line that our company installed and commissioned in Guangxi successfully completed its full-machine trial run and produced its first qualified steel pipe. This marks the official entry of the production line into a stable, full-scale production phase. The equipment was independently designed and manufactured by our company and boasts advanced process advantages characterized by high efficiency, high precision, and high stability. It can meet the stringent production requirements of various sectors, including oil and gas transportation, steel structure foundations, urban pipeline networks, and hydraulic engineering projects.

Board width: 750 – 1500 mm
Pipe O.D.: 325 – 1620 mm
Wall thickness: 5 – 14 mm
Pipe length: 8-12 m
