This is the finishing area we arranged for the 1620 spiral welded pipe production line workshop in Gansu,China. The complete steel pipe transfer system, The complete steel pipe transfer system, including roller conveyors, rack, pipe ejectors, pipe rotator , pipe dropper, pipe delivery cart , slag removing machine and so on, plays a vital role in the transfer of steel pipes after they exit the production line.
In this finishing area, each steel pipe transfer equipment plays an indispensable role. They work together to ensure the efficient and smooth transition of steel pipes from the production line to subsequent processing procedures. The roller conveyor, as the main transportation path for steel pipes, supports the continuous movement of steel pipes with its stable operating speed; the rack is cleverly designed for temporary storage of steel pipes of different specifications, facilitating sorting and organization. The precise coordination of the pipe ejector and pipe receiver enables flexible steering and positioning of steel pipes in different directions, greatly improving the flexibility of transfer. The application of rotating rollers effectively reduces friction and wear during the transfer process, ensuring the smoothness of the steel pipe surface. The pipe transfer cart, with its automated features, can quickly shuttle between different workstations to complete the handling of steel pipes, improving overall production efficiency.
