Uzbekistan 377 Longitudinal Welded Pipe Unit Project is a project completed by Huaye in 2021, which is another major project of Huaye in Uzbekistan. The unit can produce round pipes and rectangular pipes. Using the "forming square welding square" technology, a set of mold combinations can produce square pipes and rectangular pipes of most sizes.
Model specifications:
Round tube: Φ114mm-Φ377mm
Square tube: 100 × 100mm- 300 × 300 mm
Wall thickness: 4.0 mm-12.0 mm
Pipe length: maximum 6-12m(± 3mm)
Process flow:
Roll-uncoiling-blade-head straightening machine-standard feeding-leveling machine-end cutting and welding machine-standing curtain-standard feeding-looper-uncoiling-blade-head straightening machine-standard feeding-straightening machine-cutting and welding machine-planer-standing curtain-forming section-high controller machine-deburring-water cooling-sizing-fly cutting-pipe output.
