This complete 1,620‑mm spiral welded pipe production line was designed and manufactured by Huaye and has now been successfully commissioned and put into trial production in Ningxia, China. The entire line is equipped with a spiral welded pipe forming machine, a face‑end chamfering machine, a hydrostatic testing machine, and auxiliary equipment such as a steel pipe handling system.
The equipment will enter formal production starting now, enabling the supply of spiral welded steel pipes with diameters ranging from φ426 to φ1600 mm and wall thicknesses from 4 to 16 mm.
