The reel‑type spiral welded pipe equipment is a specialized type of spiral pipe production line used to manufacture short pipes. This kind of steel core serves as the inner liner for aluminum or steel coils, replacing the environmentally unfriendly paper cores.
This type of steel drum has stringent surface‑finish requirements; the weld seams must not protrude above the base material. Accordingly, it is equipped with a weld‑grinding machine for surface treatment. It features advanced technology, reliable equipment, well‑established processes, and mature production capabilities.
