The Jiangsu ultra-large-diameter 4220 spiral welded pipe production line has successfully completed commissioning and begun producing pipes. This line employs a front‑swing intermittent production process and integrates mechanical, electrical automation, and hydraulic control systems, forming a fully automated spiral welded pipe manufacturing facility. It is capable of producing ultra‑large‑diameter, high‑precision spiral welded pipes, with applications spanning critical sectors such as oil and gas transmission, urban pipeline networks, and bridge construction. Its products play a vital role in enhancing the safety and durability of national infrastructure.
