Fully Automatic Slag Removing Machine - Spiral Pipe Production Line

Automatic slag removing machine for steel pipes is one of the key equipment in the finishing section of the spiral pipe production line. It is used to remove the welding slag remaining inside the pipe during the submerged arc welding pipe manufacturing process.
Through the automated control system, this equipment can efficiently and accurately remove welding slag, oxides, and other impurities from the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe, greatly improving production efficiency and product quality.
This equipment consists of an inclined base, rotating rollers, and loading and unloading devices. The steel pipe enters the equipment roller device from the platform through the loading device. The rotating rollers drive the steel pipe to rotate, and at the same time, the lifting end of the inclined base begins to rise. During this process, the welding slag inside the pipe will fall into the slag hopper as the steel pipe tilts and rotates. After the slag is dumped, the inclined base slowly drops to the horizontal position. The unloading device pushes the steel pipe to the next workstation. The slag removal process is complete.
The fully automatic slag removing machine adopts advanced robotic arm design and precise sensor positioning technology to ensure the stability and accuracy of the slag removal process, reduce reliance on manual operation, and reduce labor intensity. At the same time, the equipment is also equipped with a highly efficient dust removal system to effectively collect and process the dust generated during the slag removal process, ensuring a clean production environment and the health and safety of workers.
