After undergoing a series of rigorous and meticulous manufacturing processes, this set of perforated spiral welded pipe equipment has finally reached its critical pre‑shipment milestone: the trial run test. This trial operation not only marks an important step in transitioning the equipment from the production phase to real‑world application, but also serves as a comprehensive evaluation of its performance, stability, and production efficiency. Under the careful operation and monitoring of the Huaye technical team, the equipment started up smoothly, with processes such as punching, rolling, forming, welding, and cutting executed seamlessly, demonstrating a high degree of automation and sophisticated engineering expertise.

This 820-mm perforated spiral welded pipe production line is specifically designed to manufacture spiral-welded pipes with holes. During the manufacturing process, it not only forms and welds the spiral‑welded pipe but also performs hole‑punching operations on the pipe body.

Pipe diameter range: Φ200–800 mm
Wall thickness range: 3–6 mm
Length: 5–12 m
During the testing phase, all equipment parameters met the intended design specifications, with particularly outstanding performance in punching accuracy and spiral weld quality, earning high praise from the Algerian customer representatives present.
