The Jiangsu ultra-large-diameter 4220 spiral welded pipe unit has successfully completed commissioning and is now producing pipes. This unit employs a front-swing intermittent production method and represents a fully integrated, automated system combining mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic controls. It is capable of manufacturing extra-large-diameter, high-precision spiral welded pipes—products that find extensive applications in critical sectors such as oil and gas transportation, urban pipeline networks, and bridge construction.
