Pipe end expander is a special equipment for submerged arc welded steel pipe production line, which is used to cold expand the pipe end of straight seam welded steel pipe or spiral submerged arc welded steel pipe.
Purpose of diameter expansion:
Make the diameter and roundness of the pipe end within the limited length reach the allowable range, so as to meet the requirements of round pipe end and easy welding.
Make the pipe end shape that meets the requirements to facilitate the socket connection of the steel pipe.
Suitable steel pipe size:
Tube diameter: 406 - 3048 mm
Wall thickness: 6 - 25mm
Tube length: 6 - 25 m
Material: to API X80
Note: One piece of equipment cannot meet all the above size ranges

Control mode introduction:

But there are always some special parts, no matter how to change the design also exceed the volume size of the container. At this time we will use frame containers or open top containers.
If there are too many overweight or oversized parts, we will also choose bulk carriers for shipment.
