Tube remover
— Steel Pipe Transfer System
Product Introduction
The pipe‑ejector is used in steel pipe handling systems to deflect and remove steel pipes from roller conveyors or idler rollers onto a support frame.
The finishing section of a steel pipe production line refers to the series of downstream equipment that processes the pipes after they exit the production machinery. In actual production, this finishing section is often understood as the pipe handling and transfer system. This equipment includes roller conveyors, support racks, pipe‑ejecting devices, receiving‑ejector units, rotary idlers, pipe‑transport carts, as well as various other simple post‑processing units, such as slag‑discharge systems and weld‑bead grinding machines.
HuaYe’s seasoned engineers, based on the plant conditions provided by the customer, deliver scientifically sound and practical workshop layouts along with steel pipe handling solutions. Under this plan, HuaYe can offer a one-stop supply of precision finishing equipment for steel pipes, providing maximum support for the customer’s steel pipe production process.

How can I obtain the overall production process layout diagram?
1. Identify the primary equipment required by the factory.
2. Determine the factory dimensions or site dimensions.
3. Provide or confirm the factory and workshop floor plans.
4. Huaye will conduct workshop layout design based on the required equipment and the confirmed shop floor plan.
Main equipment of the finishing section
|
Oscillating Rotary Roller
It is used to support and rotate steel pipes, typically for weld repair, manual inspection, and similar applications. |
Tube remover
It is used to deflect steel pipes and is often employed to guide them off the roller conveyor or idler rollers onto a support frame. |
|
Transport Management Cart
It is used for the lateral transport of steel pipes and can replace a pipe‑pushing device to convey steel pipes between the rack and the roller conveyor. |
Repair welding station
Used for repairing defects in steel pipe welds, including a rotary roller and a pipe‑feeding device. (or oscillating rotary idler), (welding arm), repair welding machine. |
|
Active roller conveyor
|
Passive roller conveyor
|
| For the longitudinal transportation of steel pipes | |
|
Rotating idler roller
It is used to rotate steel pipes and is typically employed for weld repair, manual inspection, and similar tasks; it is often used in conjunction with a pipe puller. |
Rotating transport trolley
Used to rotate the steel pipe 90° in the direction of transport. |
|
Slag dumping device
Used for dumping weld slag from inside steel pipes. |
Drop tube device
Used to gently lower steel pipes onto the rack or into the next production stage. |

Shipping and Delivery
Although welded pipe equipment is inherently bulky and heavy, it is largely modular, and we strive to design each module so that it can be loaded into a standard shipping container.
However, there are always certain specialized components that, no matter how the design is modified, still exceed the container’s internal dimensions. In such cases, we resort to using frame containers or open-top containers.
If there are too many oversized or overweight components, we will opt for shipment on a bulk carrier.
